Thank you for selecting WFLIII Drums. We have taken great care in the design and manufacturing of all WFLIII drums to provide you with the highest quality and defect-free performance. In the unlikely occurrence of a defect, WFLIII Drums is pleased to offer you, the Original Owner, the following Limited Warranty.
WFLIII Drums warrants that its drums are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Warranty claims should be addressed to your authorized WFLIII Drums dealer, along with the original sales receipt, or by contacting WFLIII Drums at service@wfliiidrums.com. WFLIII Drums will repair or replace defective products, free of charge, with the same or equivalent products to the original purchaser. Upon repair or replacement, a new warranty will not apply. No shipments will be accepted by WFLIII Drums without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any and all shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Product(s) shipped for service should be packed securely and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the required service, together with the original bill of sale or other dated, proof-of-purchase. Should any product submitted for warranty service be found ineligible for warranty repair, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be accomplished only if requested by you and upon receipt of payment or acceptable arrangement for payment.
Limitation of Implied Warranties and Exclusion of Damages: WFLIII DRUMS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WFLIII DRUMS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE, DAMAGE TO ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER ITEMS AT THE SITE OF USE OR INTERRUPTION OF PERFORMANCES OR ANY CONSEQUENCES. WFLIII DRUMS’ LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, AT WFLIII DRUMS’ OPTION.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This Warranty may give you certain legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This is the only express warranty applicable to the product specified herein; WFLIII Drums neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other express warranty.
Terms and conditions of this limited warranty are subject to change without notice. All products warranted under this specific coverage will be honored.
